We are looking for a  Production Support Team Leader to join our team at Warsaw office! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the production support team to deliver high-quality and efficient issue resolution.
  • Manage incidents, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of production issues.
  • Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and monitor SLAs for production systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing support processes.
  • Coordinate with RnD and infrastructure teams to plan and execute system upgrades and deployments.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in production support, project management, or similar.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Understanding incident management practices.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and issue-tracking platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Technical background will be a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
