Job Description

Dapper Labs seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to drive audience growth, increase revenue, and boost community engagement across its blockchain-based digital collectibles platforms. Responsibilities include developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various digital channels (SEO, paid, social media, email, Web3-specific), managing campaigns, analyzing KPIs (using Mixpanel and Google Analytics), creating compelling content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong digital marketing expertise, a Web3 understanding, data-driven decision-making skills, and experience with growth hacking techniques in the blockchain or gaming industry. The role involves user acquisition, retention, conversion optimization via gamification and incentives, and community engagement.

You will play a pivotal role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, continually deploying to an enthusiastic and global audience, helping to pioneer new territories in blockchain and entertainment.

Dapper Labs is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive audience growth, expand our user base, increase revenue, and deepen community engagement across our IPs, including Disney Pinnacle and CryptoKitties. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain users while maximizing brand impact. Your focus will be on user acquisition, retention, and conversion through measurable campaigns and growth loops. You thrive on data-driven experimentation paired with compelling creative, scaling growth quickly through Web3-native tools such as incentives, gamification, airdrops, staking, and referral campaigns. You excel at prioritizing short-term performance metrics, including active users, conversion rates, and growth loops.As part of the team at the forefront of blockchain technology, you will play a pivotal role in connecting users with groundbreaking products and experiences.

What we'll achieve together:

    • Growth Hacking for Web3: Develop and execute creative, data-driven growth hacking strategies tailored to the Web3 ecosystem, leveraging blockchain technology, incentives, and gamified experiences to maximize user acquisition and retention.
    • Digital Marketing Execution: Manage and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, organic, paid, owned, social media, email marketing, content marketing and Web3-specific channels. Understand when and how to utilize platforms like Hypelab, Google, Meta, X, Braze, and Addressable to scale growth. Implement on and off chain analytics to drive conversions and engagement.
    • Community Engagement: Collaborate with community teams to strengthen relationships with users, amplify user-generated content, and drive brand advocacy.
    • Content Creation and Management: Work closely with content creators to produce high-quality materials that contribute to growth, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and more, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
    • Online Event Activations: Work with community managers to plan and execute online events and activations to create engaged experiences, enhance community engagement, and drive growth.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to ensure Dapper Labs remains a leader in the blockchain and Web3 space.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, community, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support company goals.

About you:

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
    • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and/or background with the ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with experience crafting compelling campaigns.
    • Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in the tech, blockchain, entertainment, sports or gaming industries.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure, track, and optimize campaign performance.
    • Experience managing budgets and resources to achieve measurable results.
    • Passion for blockchain technology and a deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems.
    • Ideally you have bought NFT’s, tokens and/or cryptocurrencies.
    • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
    • Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in the tech, blockchain, entertainment, sports or gaming industries.
