This role requires a proven track record of revenue growth and strong leadership skills within the esports, gaming, or digital marketing industries.

Job Purpose

The Head of Business Development Sales is responsible for leading sales and business development initiatives in the Philippines. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth to support Team Liquid's goals.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Team Liquid’s presence in the Philippines.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify high-potential clients, industries, and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Team Liquid’s objectives and market positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients, enhancing the value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Oversee and nurture business development leads, guiding them through the sales pipeline to successful conversions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on business development progress.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years in a senior sales or business development role, preferably in esports, gaming, or digital marketing industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
