Version 1 is seeking an ambitious HR Administrator with 2 to 3 years of experience to provide HR administrative support across various HR streams in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization. Key responsibilities include onboarding new hires, building stakeholder relationships, assisting employees with queries, maintaining HR systems, and supporting HR projects. Administrative duties involve being the first point of contact for HR queries, delivering induction segments, reviewing employee contracts, managing background checks, maintaining HR data integrity, handling queries via a ticketing system, and providing general HR administration like scheduling and data sharing.
Must have:
  • 2 to 3 years of HR operations experience
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in onboarding new hires
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships
  • Maintain and update HR systems
  • Serve as first point of contact for HR queries

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual with 2 to 3 years of experience to provide HR administrative support across various HR streams within our fast-paced, results-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Essential experience in onboarding new hires.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with a range of queries and facilitate timely resolutions.
  • HR Systems: Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring compliance with HR processes.
  • HR Projects: Assist with HR projects and provide support as needed.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • HR Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming queries in relation to onboarding of new hires and any ad hoc queries as required.
  • Delivery of Induction: Delivering our people segment of global induction.
  • Contracts: Signing and reviewing employee contracts.
  • Background checks: Creating new cases and maintaining audits for new hires.
  • HR Data: Maintain and update the HR system, ensuring the integrity of all HR data (especially for new hires).
  • Ticketing System: Handle employee and manager queries via the internal HR ticketing system.
  • General Administration: Provide effective general HR administration, including scheduling induction sessions, providing new hire data to key stakeholders, and any other ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

  • HR related degree.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience working in HR operations.
  • Proven organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Global experience in HR Operations in desirable.
