Intern - HR Program Specialist (Summer 2025)

About the Internship Program:

Over the course of 11 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro's beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning and mentorship.

• Our program runs between June 9- August 22, 2025.

Gain hands-on experience in Human Resources in a globally recognized company as an HR Program Management Intern at Hasbro. You will work in an ambitious and collaborative environment, alongside passionate professionals, successfully implementing and contributing to various HR programs and initiatives to positively impact our team.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the coordination and management of HR programs and initiatives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making

• Conduct research and analysis on standard methodologies and trends in HR to advise program improvements.

• Assist in supporting our team, crafting impactful dashboards, and supporting programs that cultivate an inclusive culture with a winning approach

• Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Communicate optimally with collaborators to understand their needs and deliver vital support.

What You'll Bring:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent major with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2025.

• Available to work full-time hours in-person at our Pawtucket, RI office location for the entire duration of the internship.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

• Excellent ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A positive and proactive demeanor with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Successful candidates are proactive, diligent, collaborative, flexible, analytical, strategic, and tech-savvy

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

• Starting Pay Range: $25/hour

• Pay Range End: $28/hour
