Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in client services, account management, or business development. You will assist in managing client accounts, supporting communication efforts, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and communications
Support senior representatives with project execution and reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs
Maintain accurate records of account activity and performance metrics
Coordinate internal resources to meet client objectives
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for strategy and improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Previous internship or experience in a client-facing role is a plus
