Job Description

As an LQA Game Tester with Indonesian at Testronic, you will be responsible for finding and correcting translation errors, spelling mistakes, and ambiguities in games. You'll check the game’s tone, style, audio, text, and cultural correctness, creating reports in Excel and Jira and submitting improvement suggestions. This role requires Indonesian (C2) and English (C1) proficiency, excellent grammar and communication skills, and strong MS Office skills. You'll work in a team, contributing to quality assurance in various game titles across platforms including Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC, and iOS. Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing is a plus. This is a casual contract offering flexible projects and a competitive salary.

Must have:

Indonesian (C2) and English (C1)
Excellent grammar and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
Error identification and reporting
Teamwork and time management

Description

Join our Localization Quality Assurance department and be responsible for:

Finding and correcting any translation errors, spelling mistakes and ambiguities.
Checking the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness.
Creating reports in Excel and Jira.
Submitting quality improving suggestions for the errors you find.

Requirements

Indonesian C2 level or native.
English C1 level to ensure internal communication and reporting.
Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Great communication skills allowing to express yourself precise and clearly.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time.

You can score extra points for:

Passion for gaming and curiosity for new titles (all types of games count!).
Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing.
Familiarity of platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), Apple (iOS).
