Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, project coordination, and marketing strategy. This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent brand messaging and execution across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional projects and timelines with internal teams
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide reports
Collaborate with the creative team on content creation and brand materials
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Manage and update marketing calendars, promotional materials, and campaign assets
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
