We are looking for a talented Outsourcing Coordinator to join our Outsourcing Management Department, which is responsible for interaction with outsourcing partners who fulfill requests from our product teams.
The department coordinates the full working cycle including selecting specialists from all over the world, performing quality control on completed tasks, and maintaining documentation for the entire process.
Allocating resources based on the current workload of remote teams and the requests of in-house product teams
Assigning tasks according to team priorities, and tracking task progress
Collaborating with in-house product teams
Coordinating between remote and internal teams
Adapting product teams' task descriptions for use by outsourcers
Assessing possible risks and finding solutions that mitigate them
Conduct commercial negotiations with partners
Optimizing budgetary expenses on projects
Looking for the best specialists in game development all over the world
Maintaining documents (NDA, SOW, contracts, work completion certificates, reporting documents)
At least 2 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator in game development, film production, or digital entertainment;
Experience in planning multi-component projects
English language skills at the Upper Intermediate level or higher
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Experience maintaining business correspondence
Understanding of best practices for creating task descriptions
Knowledge of situation and risk management basics, and conflict resolution techniques
Experience working with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides
Experience working with graphical content
Experience working in sales
Experience working in a multicultural environment
