Role Overview

• Drive the game from the concept to the release/post-release support
• Transform business goals and high-level roadmap into well thought out features 
• Own the project roadmap, turning creative vision into sprint plans, milestone gates, and releases
• Drive cross-disciplinary collaboration (data analytics, design, engineering, art, QA, marketing) by running daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to build the best features on the market 
• Guiding the feature iteration until it meets the criteria to meet the business goals
• Anticipate and mitigate risks - technical, creative or resourcing
• Work with KPIs to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the product and inform the upcoming roadmap
• Optimise the game performance through the iteration of the balancing, user experience and through relentless AB testing
• Act as communication hub between executive stakeholders and the team, delivering concise status reports, forecasts, etc
• Foster a healthy and productive team culture 
• Coordinate external partners - outsourcing vendors, technical company platforms, etc
• Be aware of the latest market trends, successes and failures and bring this to the team attention regularly

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience as a Producer, Product Manager/Owner or Game Designer.
• Experience within the Gaming Industry. Preferably on mobile F2P Games.
• Data driven mindset. Knowledge of a data language and data visualisation tools.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, features, and strategies based on data, market trends and user studies.
• Experience with conceptualising, executing, and analysing AB tests on live products.
• Experience leading a team of developers and analysts from product conception through execution to a live product.
• A proven and exceptional analytical thinker who can dive deep into details as well as command a holistic view of a product.
