About Tekion:

Positively disrupting an industry that has not seen any innovation in over 50 years, Tekion has challenged the paradigm with the first and fastest cloud-native automotive platform that includes the revolutionary Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) for retailers, Automotive Enterprise Cloud (AEC) for manufacturers and other large automotive enterprises and Automotive Partner Cloud (APC) for technology and industry partners. Tekion connects the entire spectrum of the automotive retail ecosystem through one seamless platform. The transformative platform uses cutting-edge technology, big data, machine learning, and AI to seamlessly bring together OEMs, retailers/dealers and consumers. With its highly configurable integration and greater customer engagement capabilities, Tekion is enabling the best automotive retail experiences ever. Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe.

At Tekion, we’re building the first, and thus far only, cloud-native platform in the automotive retail industry, leapfrogging it into the future and providing an unparalleled customer experience. We’re creating seamlessly integrated, elegant, and intuitive solutions built with cutting edge technology and powered by Big Data, ML/AI, and IoT. In short, we’re disrupting the way traditional dealership management solutions are built and used across the US and globally.

How do we do all of this at lightning speed and global scale? By harnessing our team’s passion, entrepreneurial spirit, deep industry expertise and the latest technologies to create something very special. We’re inventing new technology and solutions along the way to overcome barriers and solve big problems, all while having a blast doing it!

So who are we looking for? We’re looking for a talented Product Analyst who wants to be an instrumental part of shaping our future and scaling our rocket ship. We need someone who loves challenges, pushes boundaries and is passionate about building a transformational product. At this high visibility role, you will get to make smart, data driven decisions, help drive the product roadmap, influence cross-functional teams and present trade-offs and recommendations to product management and engineering teams. And best of all, you will be part of a proven, world class team that is solving complex problems and delighting our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Tell us something we don’t know – you will execute detailed market research, understand business trends and competition, speak to our users and customers, and derive insights that will power the next generation of products that Tekion is working on.
  • In data we trust – your data-driven analyses will help us project costs and estimate sales and profits. You will put together what-if analyses and suggest possible product enhancements which will help us meet our goals.
  • Walk the talk – Product analysts at Tekion are storytellers. When you talk or write, people take notes. You will prepare detailed reports for our product and engineering teams and simultaneously provide concise takeaways for leadership to act on. Additionally, you must have the ability to work across multiple stakeholders – sales, marketing, implementation, product and engineering to drive product improvements.
  • Process Design & Documentation – you will need to design and implement simple, effective processes that will enable our Product teams to solve customer and business problems efficiently. This involves creating detailed process maps and workflows that provide a clear picture of how the organization operates. Documentation is critical for identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continual Improvement – you will play a key role in ensuring continual improvement. This involves monitoring, identifying areas of improvement and recommending changes that will lead to increased productivity.
