Product Marketing Manager

Kokotree is the #1 . We’re a new early childhood development platform and educational streaming service. We offer high-quality educational videos for toddlers and preschoolers. Kokotree’s mission is to help children become lifelong learners.

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build out Kokotree’s narrative and marketing strategy and execute all marketing efforts.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience building a startup marketing strategy from scratch. We have a mission, lots of ideas, and a vision of where we want to go—we need you to help get there by turning that into an actionable plan and execute
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing and running ad campaigns on various channels
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other business units and product and engineering teams to deliver world-class products
  • Strong verbal skills and writing ability
  • Empathy for parents: understanding parents’ needs for their preschool and kindergarten-age children. The ability to communicate to them how Kokotree differentiates and how Kokotree can help them learn
  • You are a team player and enjoy working with others

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop Kokotree’s marketing, brand, and external-facing strategy
  • Identify long-term opportunities based on research and analysis
  • Build and execute a roadmap against your vision
  • Conduct user research, define customer personas, and develop value proposition frameworks for each persona
  • Design, kickoff, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media channels
  • Create collateral and marketing creatives for all marketing initiatives
