We are looking for a passionate, strategic Project Manager to join our team. You will lead the planning and execution of game projects that give shape to our dreams. The ideal candidate will unleash the creativity of our team and drive the project forward while maintaining a balance between schedule, budget, and quality. You will lead the team with passion and a sense of responsibility, overcoming challenges as you lead the project to success. In addition to managing the overall progress of the project, one of the key roles will be to liaise with clients and stakeholders. A Project Manager at UNSEEN contributes to the production of games that deliver surprise and excitement by utilizing your flexible communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Plan and manage the project, set project goals, create schedules, and manage resources
Prioritize tasks and manage time
Resolve problems and issues quickly and effectively
Establish check and iteration flow for each feature
Operate and improve use of project management tool (JIRA)
Manage and track deliverables required to meet milestones
Predict and address risks and build appropriate processes
Eliminate blockers and bottlenecks in development
Coordinate with outsourcing and external companies
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and other interested parties
Foster team motivation and cooperation among team members.
Understand the requirements and technical aspects of the project and make appropriate instructions and decisions
Develop quality standards and testing processes, and implement quality control
Prepare, facilitate, and support team events that are crucial to project progression
3+ years of professional experience in game development
Experience in game development projects
Experience as a project manager or assistant producer
Experience with team management or leadership
Experience with project management tools such as Jira
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint / Word / Excel)
Flexible thinking and creative problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Business level or above in both Japanese and English
Interest in and willingness to learn about trends in the gaming industry
Able to work in Tokyo (in person preferred)
Professional experience as a game developer
In-depth knowledge of entertainment content from around the world
Ability to look at creativity from the perspective of both artistic and management
Open and flexible mindset
