Job Summary
Job Description
The PUBG Esports League Operations Manager will plan, operate, and manage PUBG esports tournaments, ensuring professional esports teams compete in optimal conditions. Responsibilities include supporting PUBG Players Tour (PPT), amateur tournaments, analyzing results and community sentiment, communicating with stakeholders, managing tournament schedules and regulations, managing systems and data, supporting broadcasting, and managing tournament policies. The role requires a deep understanding of PUBG, esports, and strong communication skills. Experience with community management and business English is preferred.
Must have:
- Passionate PUBG gamer & esports fan
- High understanding of game & esports industry
- Skilled in Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Experience in PUBG esports or tournament operations
Good to have:
- Discord community management experience
- Business English proficiency
- Willingness for international travel

Esports Production Team 팀 산하 Esports League Operations Team은 PUBG 이스포츠 토너먼트를 기획하고 운영/관리하며, PUBG 이스포츠 생태계를 구성하는 프로 이스포츠팀들이 최적의 환경에서 경쟁에 참가할 수 있도록 지원합니다.

배틀그라운드의 방향성과 이스포츠실의 비전에 맞춰 이스포츠 대회를 기획하고 운영합니다.
게임과 이스포츠에 대한 깊은 애정과 이해를 바탕으로 대회를 지원하며, 커뮤니티향 이벤트부터 글로벌 토너먼트까지 폭넓은 서포트를 통해 배틀그라운드 이스포츠의 성공에 기여할 수 있는 업무를 수행합니다.
- PUBG Players Tour (PPT), 아마추어 대회 운영 지원
- 대회 운영 지원 및 모니터링
- 경기 결과 및 커뮤니티 센티먼트 분석
- 유관부서, 대회 참가자, 시청자 및 이해관계자 커뮤니케이션
- 한국 지역(PWS: PUBG WEEKLY SERIES 등) 대회 운영
- PWS 및 한국 지역 대회 운영 지원
- 대회 일정 관리 및 운영 매뉴얼, 규정 관리
- 한국 배틀그라운드 프로팀 커뮤니케이션 및 관리/운영 지원
- 대회 시스템 운영 및 데이터 관리
- 경기 결과 데이터 관리 및 분석
- 대회 운영 플랫폼 및 내부 시스템 관리
- 중계 및 방송 지원
- 대회 방송 일정 조율 및 현장 운영 지원
- 스트리머 및 콘텐츠 제작 지원
- 토너먼트 정책 및 규정 관리
- 대회 별 정책 및 규정 관리와 사례 분석, 기록 관리
- 기타 운영 지원
- 대회 참가자 및 이해관계자 커뮤니케이션
- 기타 대회 관련 행정 업무 지원

- PUBG 이스포츠와 타 이스포츠 시청 경험을 보유하고 있어 이스포츠 산업과 이스포츠 시청환경에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하신 분
- 팀 구성원 및 교류를 중시하며, 프로젝트 이해 관계자들과의 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 협의 능력을 갖추신 분
- 기본적인 문서작업 오피스 툴(PPT, Excel, Word)에 대해 높은 숙련도를 보유하신 분
