Publishing Brand Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON's Global Publishing team is seeking a Brand Manager with 3-10 years of experience to develop and execute global brand strategies for their games. Responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across the game lifecycle, planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance brand awareness, and analyzing marketing performance to drive insights. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in global game brand strategy and execution, experience in large-scale marketing campaigns, and strong communication skills. Experience with global user communication and a strong understanding of the gaming industry are highly valued. The role involves contributing to brand expansion through various actions such as partnerships and collaborations. The position is based in Seoul.
Must have:
- Global game brand strategy & marketing execution
- Game lifecycle marketing strategy & execution
- Experience with large-scale marketing campaigns
- Brand strategy & guideline development
- No restrictions on international travel
Good to have:
- Experience leading global user communication or large marketing campaigns
- Strategic thinking & persuasive communication skills
- Global work experience
- Business-level English proficiency

- 론칭 및 라이브 단계별 KPI 달성을 위한 통합 마케팅 전략 기획 및 운영
- 마케팅 캠페인 기획 및 제휴/콜라보레이션 등 다양한 액션 통한 브랜드 확장 기여
- 마케팅 성과 분석 및 인사이트 도출
- 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업 통한 브랜드 핵심 메시지 전달 및 브랜드 인지도 제고

- 글로벌 게임 브랜드 전략 수립 및 마케팅 실행 경험을 보유하신 분 (혹은 직접적인 게임 마케팅 경험이 없더라도, 게이머로서 산업에 대한 높은 이해와 관심을 보유하신 분)
- 게임 라이프사이클에 맞춘 단계별 마케팅 전략 수립 및 실행 경험이 있는 분
- 임팩트 있는 대규모 마케팅 캠페인을 기획하고 실행한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 브랜드 전략 수립 및 브랜드 가이드라인 수립 경험을 보유하신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 비즈니스 레벨의 영어 구사 능력을 보유하신 분
