Toptracer Technologies seeks a Regional Sales Manager based in Germany to drive sales of Toptracer Range products. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, generating leads, achieving sales targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually), and traveling throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with proven experience in hardware or software sales and strong customer relationship management expertise. Responsibilities include representing Toptracer products, identifying customer needs, implementing sales and marketing tactics, and building relationships with existing and potential customers in the golf industry.

THE ROLE

And better for the game of golf. We want more people to play more golf more often. We’re doing that by creating the best driving range experience on the planet.

We are now looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager based in Germany to provide personalized support to help our customers maximize the full potential of Toptracer Range. The Regional Sales Manager will represent Toptracer Range products and services with an understanding of meeting customer needs while achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies. 

Plan and organize daily schedules to generate leads, build relationships, and engage with existing or potential customers in the Golf Driving Range and Facilities industry. Take ownership of individual and team targets, leading by example to demonstrate performance excellence. Develop and implement territory action plans using data analysis, refining sales tactics based on field interactions and results. 

POSSIBILITIES

  • Represent Toptracer Range products and services with a deep and comprehensive understanding identifying how Toptracer Range solutions meet the needs of the customer and consumer
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers in the Golf Driving Range and Golf Facilities industry.

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience working within sales in hardware or software
  • High motivation, self-drive and are result-oriented.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Driving License
  • Ability to travel full-time throughout the defined territory to attend sales and customer events

TV

Toptracer (originally Protracer) was founded in 2006 in Sweden with the goal to enrich the experience of watching golf on TV. Ever since the world’s leading TV networks were first introduced to Toptracer, the technology has been used in major golfing events around the world including The Open Championship, PGA Championship, US Open and the Ryder Cup in order to give their viewers a richer TV experience. Toptracer Range was first launched in 2012 and is now available in over 80 locations worldwide. Toptracer Range, which is based on the same camera technology as Toptracer TV, allows for simultaneous tracking of every shot hit on the range and is now transforming the range experience for golfers of all skill levels.
