The successful candidate will have a proven track record of solving complex analytical problems and positively influencing business outcomes. They will develop revenue and growth models to analyze business growth and incentive plan effectiveness. Ongoing analysis and performance metrics to understand business performance and drive sales program strategy will be provided, as well as the development of key narratives and solutions to provide guidance on regional operations. This role will partner with multiple cross-functional teams, including Sales, Analytics, and Finance to deliver top-notch plan communication and reporting.
