The SDR Operations Manager will be responsible for driving insights and operational rigor for the EMEA Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Responsibilities include providing data insights to SDR leadership, supporting QBR preparation, collaborating with cross-functional analysts, and managing SDR dashboards. This role involves analyzing KPIs, performance metrics, goal attainment pacing, and conversion rates to drive business improvements. The candidate will work with Salesforce, the enterprise Sales technology stack, and Excel/Google Sheets. The candidate will need to have strong business development process knowledge and expertise to succeed.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role in a large SDR organization.
  • Strong understanding of SDR workflows and processes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, and data management).
  • Expertise with Excel/Google Sheets for key performance metrics.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in a Sales Development capacity or direct sales prospecting.
  • Experience with advanced reporting and analytics platforms like Tableau.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • Background in project management.

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Sales Development with strong business development process knowledge and expertise, dedicated to driving insights and operational rigor for our EMEA Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Reporting to the Director of Global SDR Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing data insights to SDR leadership, including KPIs, performance metrics, goal attainment pacing, and conversion rates analysis to drive actionable business improvements
  • Supporting SDR leadership with QBR preparation, SDR/Sales interlock data, and auditing monthly SDR results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional analysts to assess pipeline creation, SDR processes / technology stack, campaign performance, and lead funnel health
  • Managing SDR dashboards to ensure operational insights related to territory analysis, pipeline generation, MQL SLAs, opportunity creation, and results measurement

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a large Sales Development organization, preferably in an operational or analytics-focused capacity.
  • Strong understanding of SDR workflows and processes, including territory management, MQL/SQL tracking, pipeline development, and SDR-to-Sales handoff processes.
  • Proven proficiency with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, and data management) and the enterprise Sales technology stack (i.e. tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong expertise with Excel/Google Sheets, to analyze and track key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including SDR leadership, marketing, and sales organizations, to support operational efficiency and business alignment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering data insights and business recommendations to both leadership and field teams.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • In-role experience in a Sales Development capacity or direct sales prospecting/lead generation, with a strong understanding of SDR workflows and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau/BI tools to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, enabling seamless collaboration with Marketing Operations on campaigns and MQLs.
  • Background in project management, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that impact SDR performance at scale.
  • A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
