Team Summary: Within IT, the IT Solutions Retail BSA team manages multiple Oracle based back-office systems for order management and processing. These systems support critical NOA business functions such as supply chain management, demand planning, forecasting, and supporting sell in and sell thru for our retail partners.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Acts as liaison between business constituents and internal/global IT teams to provide support of existing systems and collaborate on strategic roadmaps to align business initiatives and product development.
Conducts advanced research and analysis of client business processes to make recommendations and exert influence on project direction or decide sub-project direction.
Assesses the feasibility and cost effectiveness of proposed solutions and advises clients and key stakeholders.
Partners with constituents to define ongoing technology needs, ensuring that needs are documented, costed, and prioritized appropriately, and that a mid to long-term solutions delivery schedule is established.
Works collaboratively with software engineers to define and translate requirements into developed solutions.
Drives technical and application support with third party vendors.
Manages software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, design, configurations, planning, creating, and executing test cases and analyzing results.
Trains employees in areas of expertise relating to application, database, security, operating systems or other technical aspects.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, mentors, and coordinates activities of other personnel.
Provides support and troubleshooting of complex technology solutions.
Ensures work is completed in such a way to comply with established best practices, compliance regulations and internal controls.
Provides on-call support as needed.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of techno functional experience with on-prem Oracle Demantra
5+ years of techno functional experience with on-prem Oracle EBS, preferably with modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Demonstrate a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Demantra environment setups, functionality, integrations, and ongoing support.
Strong experience with Oracle Demantra Demand Management Administration, Predictive Trade Planning.
Strong experience with features of on-premises Demantra and integrations with Oracle EBS.
Hands on experience on building Demantra data model, server expression, client expression, workflow, designing and developing methods.
Should have in-depth knowledge of internal Demantra table structures and data flow, and TOAD/SQL for queries and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of the demand planning, supply chain, and manufacturing business processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in writing functional specifications and functional configuration/deployment documents.
Ability to support and train other resources as required.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $102,500 - $164,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
