Exabeam is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Global Channel Marketing to lead the design and execution of its partner marketing engine. This role will drive partner-facing marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence, demand generation, and partner engagement across global routes to market. Responsibilities include building and scaling integrated programs covering partner communications, digital campaigns, partner-led demand generation, events, social selling, and industry thought leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and brings a modern approach to B2B channel marketing execution.
Must have:
  • 10+ years in global partner or channel marketing in enterprise SaaS/cybersecurity
  • Experience building integrated B2B campaigns with partners
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, marketplaces)
  • Expertise in Salesforce, PRM, marketing automation, content management
  • Data-driven marketer with strong creative instincts
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence
  • Bachelor's degree

Position Summary
Exabeam is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Global Channel Marketing to lead the design and execution of our next-generation partner marketing engine. Reporting to the CMO, this high-impact role will drive all partner-facing marketing initiatives, elevating our brand presence, demand generation, and partner engagement across all global routes to market.
This individual will build and scale integrated programs that span partner communications, digital campaigns, partner-led demand generation, events, social selling, and industry thought leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment and brings a modern mindset to B2B channel marketing execution.
 
Key Responsibilities 
Marketing Strategy & Leadership 
  • Architect a global partner marketing strategy aligned to Exabeam’s channel vision and GTM goals
  • Collaborate closely with regional channel leaders and corporate marketing to ensure alignment, amplification, and local execution
  • Build and manage a world-class channel marketing team and agency partners as needed
Campaigns & Demand Generation 
  • Launch turnkey "Campaigns-in-a-Box" to enable self-service execution by partners
  • Develop and scale joint ABM, digital, and partner-led demand generation programs across segments
  • Execute lead-sharing frameworks and ROI tracking for marketing-sourced pipeline
Content & Enablement 
  • Oversee creation of scalable partner-facing assets, including battlecards, solution briefs, use cases, and customer testimonials
  • Build tools for social selling, email kits, and digital marketing support that empower partner execution
  • Own and evolve partner content hubs and marketing sections of the PRM/partner portal
Partner Engagement & Communications 
  • Manage global partner communications, including newsletters, executive updates, and thought leadership
  • Design and drive engaging experiences such as partner summits, regional roundtables, and enablement events
  • Establish and scale partner spotlight, influencer, and recognition programs
Measurement & Optimization 
  • Define KPIs to measure the success of all partner marketing efforts, including pipeline impact, partner engagement, and campaign ROI
  • Implement scalable reporting and analytics dashboards to guide optimization
  • Leverage feedback loops from the partner community and field to improve programs continuously
Requirements 
  • 10+ years in global partner or channel marketing, with a strong background in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven experience building and executing integrated B2B campaigns and scalable marketing programs through and with partners
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, distributors, and marketplaces
  • Expertise in tools such as Salesforce, PRM systems, marketing automation, and content management platforms
  • Data-driven, customer-first marketer with strong creative instincts and operational rigor
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced marketing certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 25%

The annual starting salary for this position is between $200,000- $250,000 annually depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
