A NEW AND EXCITING ROLE!

We're looking for our first producer for our Match titles!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Work with ESG’s co-founders and senior leadership to create the next generation of Match titles for the studio
  • Support both internal studio and external studio partners
  • Support both live operations and feature development
  • Manage timelines, budgets & feature scope
  • Embed into external development teams and escalate inefficiencies, roadblocks, timeline issues
  • Own the on-time, on-track & to-spec deliverables for internal and external teams

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Demonstrated and strong mobile game industry experience and deep knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated and strong experience with project management tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, etc.), data tools and platform tools and has the ability to lead, coach and train others.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Producer in mobile games.
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and task management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian products (both Jira and Confluence).
  • A solid understanding of social, F2P, and idle mobile games.
  • Strong knowledge & experience of production methodologies including, but not limited to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban.
  • Experience working in a Live-ops environment.
  • Previous experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
  • Superb ability to collaborate, problem solve, and build consensus.
  • Excellent listener and relationship builder; strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions by leveraging metrics, SMEs, OKRs, and other resources.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance between short-term and long-term priorities.
  • Strong sense of urgency; willing to roll up the sleeves and jump right in to get things done.

Compensation Range: $122K-$180K CAD per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
