Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT services and the reseller market, with a proven track record in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
What you’ll do as the (Services Marketing Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Zones' IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, security, and professional services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and service delivery, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through digital marketing, content creation, events, and other channels.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value of Zones' services.
Manage and optimize Zones' online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continually improve performance.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and sales to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT services or technology sector.
Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, and security.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
