SoC Physical Design Engineer, Electrical Analysis

We are seeking a Physical Electrical Analysis Engineer for our SoC team to drive electrical analysis and verification. You will perform various electrical analyses at the block or chip level, including Gridcheck, ESD, Static/Dynamic IR, EM, Noise, and Signal EM. Collaboration with CAD, library, circuit technology, and system teams is crucial for tech/flow evaluation, bring-up, validation, and qualification. You will also work with the implementation team throughout the chip design cycle to manage EMIR test planning, provide analysis support, and ensure sign-off closure for tape-out. Additionally, you will manage schedules and support cross-functional engineering efforts to ensure the success of Apple's SoC product development.
