Sr Brand Manager

As a Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and brand strategy for a globally recognized MMORPG franchise, ensuring it remains a cultural icon in the gaming industry. You’ll develop and execute global marketing campaigns, drive brand storytelling, and work cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms.

This is a 3-month contract opportunity based in Irvine, CA with a hybrid work model.

Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities: 

• Develop and lead inspiring and cohesive global marketing campaigns for the MMORPG title.
• Guide creative direction for visuals, messaging, and content across various platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency in all external communications and global marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and regional teams to ensure campaigns resonate internationally.
• Conduct market research to understand player behavior, trends, and competition.
• Advocate for budget allocations to execute high-impact campaigns.
• Utilize analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Senior Brand Manager Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative agency account management, or the gaming industry.
• Proven expertise in TV, Video, Packaging, and Online Advertising.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading teams and managing external agencies.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.

Bonus Points:

• Advanced degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in international marketing.
• Deep knowledge of the MMORPG genre.
• Passion for social media trends and digital marketing innovations.
