Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for its Renewal Team within the Credibility and Business Insights Group. This role involves complete ownership of existing accounts, conducting periodic meetings with customers, and ensuring touchpoints across different business segments. The primary goal is to maintain a retention rate of 85% or higher and explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities for D&B products and offerings, including ESG reports. The position also requires identifying market research opportunities, planning through risk profiling, and ensuring timely renewals while managing service levels and escalations. Responsibilities include account receivables, document collection, providing industry and product updates, and driving bundled sales of D-U-N-S Registered & ESG Registered services. The candidate will be responsible for meeting their own business targets.
