Job Description

Aisera is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling its AI Copilot solutions. The role involves qualifying sales opportunities, educating customers, managing multiple clients, prospecting leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing deals of $150k or more, be a competitive team player, and have a strong understanding of technology and sales processes. Responsibilities include demonstrating the AI Service Management solution, aligning value to customer pain points, and maintaining and expanding the prospect list. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and influence outcomes.

The Team:

Aisera’s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. What you'll do:

  • Qualify new sales opportunities through Outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats. 
  • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle
  • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel
  • Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships
  • Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points
  • Close sales with a $1M quota
  • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals
  • Competitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeed
  • An Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situations
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus
  • 3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales
  • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations
  • Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting
  • Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
  • Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving passion and service orientation
  • Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management
  • Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources
  • Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations
  • Strong problem-solving and service orientation
