ByteDance's RD team is building a core technology team for TikTok to ensure its sustainable development, providing the best-in-class product experience for all of our users, helping users enjoy their time on TikTok and gain privacy protection trust. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies, identify and attract candidates, negotiate complex compensation packages, and close all level candidates to fulfill the business team's recruiting goals. You will also ensure a high-touch candidate experience and act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture.
Must have:
  • 5+ years' experience in technology/IT recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components
  • Ability to think globally and be sensitive to international recruiting practices

What You Will Do: 1. Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model and hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. 2. Identify, attract, negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates, continuously deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill the business team's recruiting goals. 3. Ensure a high-touch candidate experience. 4. Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Minimum 5 years’ experience, specific in technology/IT recruiting, international recruiting experience is preferred. 2. Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experiences. 3. Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management. 4. Ability to think globally and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices. Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment. 2. Experience partner diverse teams. Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105000 - $165000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
