What you will do:
Create SOPs for the core processes of this role or build upon and update existing SOPs
Handle implementation of all media tagging, including but not limited to audience tags, footfalling tags, placement tags, etc.
Create a systematic approach to all media conversion pixel creation for every DSP or Ad Publisher and then execute on that approach
Investigate current media tags or pixels with the DS&I team to triage any data errors
Review, Modify, Create, and Implement any Google Scripts (or other platform automation scripts) to increase automation of relevant consistent optimizations
Assist media team in continual documentation organization of all media department processes
Create JIRA tickets for the media buying teams based on media intake from the Media Strategy team
Stay up to date with media platform certifications relevant to position as well as management trainings to prepare for growth of this position
Be a strong leader focused on growth, collaborating across agency departments to ensure proposals meet client needs and are aligned with capabilities to drive revenue
Continue to identify and implement process improvements that align with the ever-changing digital landscape
Experience/ Background:
Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years relevant experience preferred
Demonstrated aptitude to learn new service and technology solutions and turn these into winning strategies to increase media revenue
Experience in managing media successful in growing spend and improving performance with programmatic and video media channels
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, technology, and channel industry trends, the buyer needs, and business structure
Able to report to senior leadership in a concise and impactful manner
Strong verbal and written communications, including negotiation skills
