GreedyGame is on a lookout for a dynamic and passionate person who wants to explore the verticals of tech-recruitment and excel in a growing startup. Your core responsibilities would include sourcing and maintain an actionable pipeline of engineering talent. Ultimately, you'll contribute to our overall business growth by recruiting some of the best tech talents in the world.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

1. Communicating with hiring managers and understanding the technical requirements for Open/future jobs/positions.
2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
3. Sourcing from various portals and social platforms.
4. Resume/CV/Profile screening for competency with the job requirements.
5. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
6. Performing basic background and reference checks.
7. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
8. Completing/Helping in the relevant paperwork.
9. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 4 to 6 years experience in tech recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
