The Vehicle Art Manager will lead and mentor a team of artists in the creation of high-quality 3D vehicle assets for AAA and mobile games. Responsibilities include setting development paths and goals for the team, providing feedback and guidance, ensuring assets meet client expectations, and collaborating with internal and external teams. The role requires a deep understanding of art production workflows, surface topology, and modeling techniques. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in 3D asset creation and 2+ years of team leadership experience, proficiency in DCC tools (Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, Painter etc.), and excellent communication skills.
