Job Description

As a VIP Account Manager at Playtika, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value players, fostering strong relationships through personalized communication and strategic planning. Responsibilities include one-on-one communication, account monitoring, trend analysis, meeting KPIs, crafting effective strategies aligned with company objectives, and ensuring timely solution delivery. You'll also develop and implement targeted communication plans, enhancing the player experience and strengthening Playtika's reputation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the VIP Players as a group, including one-on-one communication
  • Stay on top of account, monitor and analyze trends and metrics, and make sure individual/team kips are reached 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to players needs 
  • Understanding company objectives and the ability to craft custom effective strategic plans to meet goals
  • Communicate the progress/challenges of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Crafting syndication schedules, tone, and messaging guidelines that give a personal experience to the player
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
