Account Director is responsible for building and managing client relationships, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the organization, and enabling flawless event execution. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment. They should have excellent problem-solving skills, critical-thinking, conflict resolution, and be adept at distilling issues and providing real-time guidance to team members. The applicant should have a background in pharmaceutical marketing and use that background to guide strategic account decisions and client interactions. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing multiple projects, deadlines, and clients for one large priority account, becoming a subject matter expert on the live event products, working closely with the sales team for new opportunities, scheduling and conducting meetings, serving as a first point of escalation for internal teams, establishing a comprehensive project tracking report, and ensuring overall ownership of client project success and execution. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
