The role involves optimizing P2P processes, automating and standardizing processes, collaborating with teams to improve systems, overseeing bank payments, participating in monthly closings, supporting audits, maintaining accurate data, and improving company processes such as sales invoices and purchases. The candidate must have at least five years of relevant finance experience, a strong grasp of IFRS accounting, excellent English communication, and experience with technology companies.

Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned P2P specialist to manage and improve our Procure-to-Pay functions across our global operations. You'll oversee everything from accounts payable and vendor payments to employee expenses, ensuring efficient processes, strong internal controls, and compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory requirements. In this role you'll:
  • Lead and optimize the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. 
  • Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and employee expense management with a focus on process automation and standardization. 
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and tech teams to improve systems and tools that support P2P workflows. 
  • Oversee the bank payments process, ensuring strong internal controls and timely execution of vendor and other payments; ensure maintaining accurate vendor master data. 
  • Participate in the monthly period closing 
  • Support audit team during annual audit of the Company
  • Support with local tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements. 
  • Maintain and improve the Company’s processes – issue of sales invoices, purchases, etc.



Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of five years of finance experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and reporting principles under IFRS.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrable experience working within or partnering with technology companies.
