The AI Partnerships Lead at A.Team will spearhead the development and activation of strategic partnerships with AI companies and tech service providers. This role involves building relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating joint initiatives to expand A.Team's network and enhance its service offerings. Responsibilities include identifying and securing mutually beneficial partnerships, onboarding and activating new technology partners, expanding the AI ecosystem, collaborating with internal teams, driving new business opportunities, developing partner success strategies, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building and technical collaboration skills within the AI ecosystem.
Must have:

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and measurable outcomes from these partnerships. The ideal candidate is skilled in both relationship-building and technical collaboration within the AI ecosystem, contributing directly to the company's growth and innovation.

Partnerships @ A.Team
We are seeking an AI Partnerships Lead to spearhead our efforts in activating our technology partnership ecosystem.  In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting the go to market efforts with the tech partners with a heavy focus with companies looking to expand their AI offerings and related services. Your work will directly support A.Team’s mission to expand our network of high-impact technical partners, enabling us to deliver cutting-edge, future-of-work solutions to our clients.

The anticipated base salary for this role is $140-$150K base (~$230K OTE) commensurate with experience. This role is also eligible for an equity grant.

In this role, you will…

    • Partnership Development: Identify, activate  and implement strategic relationships with AI companies and service providers to drive joint initiatives.
    • Tech Partner Activation: Lead efforts to onboard and activate new technology partners, ensuring seamless integration with A.Team’s platform and offerings.
    • AI Ecosystem Expansion: Target and establish key partnerships within the AI space, with a focus on fostering innovation, collaboration, and mutual growth.
    • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to align partner efforts with broader company goals.
    • Revenue & Growth: Drive new business opportunities through partnerships that deliver value to both A.Team and its partners, ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.
    • Partnership Enablement: Develop and execute strategies to ensure partner success, including joint marketing efforts, technical training, and resource sharing.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities within the AI ecosystem to inform partnership strategies.

About you:

    • 5+ years of proven experience identifying and securing mutually valuable partnerships with tech companies
    • Experience activating partners as revenue generating channel, managing programs & joint offering or GTM
    • Experience at AI companies or strong understanding of the AI landscape / part of AI communities. 
    • Startup experience - moving fast and finding ways into partners and communities.
