Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is key to expanding Beloform’s client base and enhancing our market presence.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Conduct market analysis to develop effective sales strategies
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to decision-makers
Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline development
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
