GlossGenius is seeking a Business Recruiter to join their team, focusing on empowering entrepreneurs. The role involves full-lifecycle recruiting across various departments including Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience. Responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, managing multiple searches concurrently, analyzing pipeline metrics for process improvement, handling the offer process and negotiations, developing creative sourcing strategies, and leveraging tools like Greenhouse and Gem for candidate tracking and data integrity. The role also requires managing stakeholder relationships and using data to influence recruiting strategies.

About the role

The recruiting team is responsible for driving GlossGenius’ success by finding extraordinary people that are excited by our mission to empower entrepreneurship. You will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting across a diverse set of departments and levels including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience.

You will report to the Manager of Business Recruiting. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs and execute against them to support business initiatives
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches at once across a variety of departments and levels
  • Analyze conversion metrics throughout the pipeline and provide recommendations on how to make our processes more efficient
  • Manage the entire offer process end to end including extending offers and complex negotiations
  • Create creative sourcing strategies to differentiate GlossGenius at the top of funnel
  • Leverage tools like Greenhouse and Gem to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and ensure high-quality data integrity 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and leverage data to influence decision-making and recruiting related strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth technology company or startup 
  • Ability to effectively influence business leaders to shape hiring strategies
  • Proven experience with complex candidate closes 
  • Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion and excitement for building exceptional teams
  • An ability to operate with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
  • A customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $100,000-$120,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
