As a Client Partner - Technology, Government, Emerging Markets, you will lead and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on growth and developing performance metrics. Responsibilities include crafting compelling sales presentations, delivering strategic insights to clients, and fostering strong relationships. You'll utilize data to shape client strategies and proposals, track key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost revenue. This role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and a deep understanding of online media sales, data, and measurement solutions. You'll also be responsible for educating clients on industry best practices and advocating for solutions to enhance business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of sales experience, including 3 years in online media sales.

In this role, you'll lead and manage a portfolio of accounts, keeping your sales pipeline robust, and crafting performance metrics for non-stop growth. Through regular business reviews, you'll offer strategic insights and performance reports, all while building unbreakable bonds and sharing the wisdom of industry best practices.

 

As the ultimate client communicator, you'll be the one to bring exciting news about platform updates, releases, changes, and new opportunities. Your mission is to fortify and expand our relationships, ensuring our clients are always in the loop about Fandom's fantastic products and developments. Teaming up with our cross-functional squads, you'll work your magic to boost revenue from both fresh faces and seasoned experts in the world of advertising. Plus, you'll use your superhero influence to advocate for the solutions that'll supercharge our business. You Will...

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic non-endemic accounts (Government & Technology) as well as emerging brands, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and developing performance metrics for continuous growth. Additionally, define category specific approaches, create account plans, and leverage both internal and external data to craft compelling sales propositions.
  • Utilize diverse data sources to shape client strategies and proposals, tracking, analyzing, and sharing key metrics and trends with internal and external partners. Craft compelling sales presentations with market trends and case studies, and deliver strategic insights, performance reporting, and opportunity highlights to clients through regular business reviews and joint business plans.
  • Deliver consultative guidance to clients, enhancing and nurturing the relationship. Acquire an in-depth understanding of partners' business objectives, translating data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for their success, while also taking charge of educating clients and agencies on industry best practices.
  • Drive business expansion by mapping client organizations, uncovering client objectives, forging new relationships, and educating marketers about Fandom. Additionally, identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Take charge of orchestrating and facilitating client meetings, guiding the process from agenda development to final presentation. Assign roles to meet participants as required, establish clear meeting objectives, and proactively communicate expectations to clients in advance.
  • Serve as the main client contact for effective communication on platform updates, releases, changes, and opportunities to strengthen and expand relationships, and keep clients informed about Fandom’s products and developments.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost revenue from new and existing clients and advertising agencies, while also partnering in executing initiatives for sustained growth and organizational efficiency.
  • Influence product development by advocating internally for the solutions required to drive business outcomes for these advertisers, collaborating with internal teams.

You Have...

  • 6+ years of total experience in sales, with 3 of those years in online media sales, data, and measurement solutions with a strong track record in growing key accounts and winning new business.
  • Consistently surpassing sales targets and revenue goals, with a demonstrated track record of high-performance in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client and agency relationships, with established industry connections and the ability to engage and collaborate with business and marketing decision makers.
  • Capable of effectively conveying partner value to diverse audiences, from executives to operational, creative, media, and analytics teams, while adept at engaging with a wide range of businesses through compelling presentations, both in-person and over the phone, to secure the support of key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in the eCommerce industry, digital media ad sales, measurement solutions, and knowledge about the social media landscape and native advertising.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong ability to follow through, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
