FX is seeking a Coordinator to support the Talent Relations team in managing talent engagement, events, and gifting. This role will assist with talent outreach, VIP support, and cross-team collaboration to enhance the talent experience.
Please note: this role is currently located in Century City, but the team is expected to transfer to Burbank by end of 2025.
Responsibilities:
Maintain talent grids for all aspects of the onboarding process: birthdays, gifts, important milestones, etc.
Work important events, festivals, and local LA marketing shoots
Coordinate talent engagement for assigned series in collaboration with internal departments (Programming, Media Relations, International Publicity, Awards, Social Marketing, and more)
Responsible for list management— VIP attendees, executive events, dinners, premieres, etc.
Create detailed talent itineraries for award shows, panels, premieres, and other events
Coordinate all gifting for FX talent while maintaining the gifting grid
Organize social assets for publicity and marketing
Regularly work with FX Marketing, Diversity and Inclusion and Current/Development teams for talent asks and requests including marketing shoots, panels, etc.
Assist with special projects as needed
Help with travel for all FX publicity, events and shoots including commercial flights, hotel and car arrangements
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of work-related experience: talent relations, events, publicity, agency, studio, or network experience desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Able to work well in a high-volume atmosphere, and with various personalities tactfully
Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills are required
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and be proactive in resolving issues
Must be motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, reliable, self-assured and able to prioritize work with minimal direction
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with senior executives, talent and their representatives
Able to work nights and weekends, when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in talent relations, events, publicity, agency, studio, or network experience desired
Required Education:
Four-year college degree, preferably in communications, or equivalent work experience
