Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves direct interaction with potential clients, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and helping drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Present and promote Catch Vibe Voice's services and solutions to prospects
Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in engaging with people and building rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not required
