The Senior Sales and Partnership Manager will drive sales and build strategic partnerships for Woopra, a real-time customer analytics platform. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers and partners, building relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with marketing and product teams, conducting sales presentations, and tracking sales activities. This role requires a strong understanding of customer analytics and excellent communication skills. The position supports customers and partners primarily in AMEA, EMEA & Australasia. Must have:
  • 6+ years of sales experience in Sales/Business Development/Partnership Development.
  • Experience in partnership sales and developing strategic relationships.

  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good to have:
  • Adtech/Martech industry knowledge.
  • Experience in Cloud Services, ISV, MSP, or similar solutions.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Senior Sales and Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales/Partnership Sales professional to drive sales and build strategic partnerships for Woopra. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS and market analytics, with a proven track record of fostering relationships that translate into successful business outcomes within the framework of Appier’s innovative offerings.

 

Location: USA (Remote; supports customers and partners primarily in AMEA, EMEA & Australasia)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and partnerships in AMEA, EMEA, and Australasia.
  • Identify and target potential customers and partners, conducting outreach and engaging in meaningful conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospects and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging, campaign execution, and product offerings.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts with prospects and partners.
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Woopra.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of sales experience with a relevant background in Sales/Business Development/Partnership Development. A focus on market analytics is preferred.
  • Proven experience in partnership sales and developing strategic relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer analytics and the ability to convey complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially driven and a strong ambition to succeed
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems and achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment.

  • Adtech/Martech industry knowledge
  • Experience in either Cloud Services, ISV, MSP or a similar solution targeting Enterprise/Mid-Market markets
  • Process driven, able to manage partner onboarding and forecasting
