Job Summary

Job Description

Plan and execute Nissan vehicle launch and sustainment campaigns (on and offline), aligned with brand positioning. Coordinate material production with partners and agencies for videos, key visuals, digital content, and network/dealership assets. Manage social media content production (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) according to the editorial calendar and brand key moments. Manage the partner agency for organic content curation, briefing, scripting, and production, which can also be used for media initiatives. Manage the brand's influencer and creator program: profile identification, negotiation, briefing, monitoring, and measurement. Monitor and analyze awareness, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversion indicators with tools like analytics and social listening. Prepare monthly and regional executive reports with insights and performance-based recommendations. Support the development of branded content projects and visibility actions for brand products. Ensure all product content complies with local, regional, and global guidelines and aligns with product attributes and territories. Act as a liaison between the local and regional team for strategy alignment, deliveries, and best practices. Collaborate with internal areas like Media, CRM, Product, Legal, and Dealerships, promoting integrated deliveries.

Atribuições:

 

  • Planejar e executar campanhas de lançamento e sustentação de veículos Nissan (on e offline), alinhadas ao posicionamento da marca.

 

  • Coordenar a produção de materiais com parceiros e agências: vídeos, KV, conteúdos digitais e assets de rede e concessionárias.

 

  • Gerenciar a produção de conteúdo para redes sociais (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), alinhados ao calendário editorial e momentos-chave da marca.

 

  • Gerenciar a agência parceira para apoiar a curadoria, briefing, roteirização e produção de conteúdos orgânicos, que também poderão ser desdobrados para as iniciativas de mídia.

 

  • Gerenciar o programa de influenciadores e creators da marca: identificação de perfis, negociação, briefing, acompanhamento e mensuração.

 

  • Monitorar e analisar indicadores de awareness, engajamento, tráfego, leads e conversão, com apoio de ferramentas como analytics e social listening.

 

  • Elaborar relatórios executivos mensais e regionais com insights e recomendações baseadas em performance.

 

  • Apoiar no desenvolvimento de projetos de branded content e ações de visibilidade para os produtos da marca.

 

  • Garantir que todo conteúdo de produto esteja em conformidade com os guidelines locais, regionais e globais e alinhados aos atributos e territórios de cada produto.

 

  • Atuar como elo entre a equipe local e a regional para alinhamento de estratégias, entregas e melhores práticas.

 

  • Colaborar com áreas internas como Mídia, CRM, Produto, Jurídico e Concessionárias, promovendo entregas integradas.

 

Conhecimentos/Skills:

 

  • Experiência em comunicação de produto, campanhas 360° e produção de conteúdo digital.

 

  • Conhecimento em gestão de redes sociais, curadoria de conteúdo e interação com agências de social media.

 

  • Vivência com influenciadores e creators (briefing, negociação, execução e mensuração).

 

  • Capacidade de análise de performance e KPIs

 

  • Habilidade para validar conteúdo criativo com base em guias de marca e identidade visual.

 

Softwares:

 

  • PowerPoint e Excel – Avançados (uso na confecção de relatórios e apresentações executivas)

 

Experiência:

 

  • Vasta experiência em áreas correlatas de Marketing (mídias sociais, branding, publicidade)

 

Graduação:

  • Graduação Completa em Comunicação, Marketing, Publicidade e áreas correlatas

 

Idiomas:

  • Inglês avançado
  • Espanhol intermediário (desejável – não obrigatório)

 

Local de trabalho:

 

  • NBA – São Paulo, SP

 

Modelo de trabalho:

 

  • Modelo de trabalho: híbrido (3 dias presenciais por semana na Vila Olímpia, São Paulo)

 

  • Regime: CLT – Contratação efetiva

 

  • Reporte: Coordenador(a) de Branding | Marcom
