The role also involves managing equipment procurement, vendor management, budget planning, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and HR policies. This individual should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in supervising a team of four employees.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Clear communication skills are imperative.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the storage industry preferred.

What You Will Do
  • Devise and execute HR strategies in sync with business goals.
  • Lead the team and oversee comprehensive HR functions including talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Maintain employee relations and enhance corporate culture.
  • Administer equipment procurement and vendor management.
  • Manage budget planning and cost control aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with local ordinances and review HR policies.


What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • With 8+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles;3+ in managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in supervising a team of four employees.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams as a business partner.
  • Experience in the storage industry preferred.
  • Clear communication skills are imperative.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
