Job Summary

Job Description

The Human Resources & Administration Manager will be responsible for devising and executing HR strategies in alignment with business goals. This includes leading the team and overseeing comprehensive HR functions such as talent acquisition and performance management. The role also involves maintaining employee relations, enhancing corporate culture, administering equipment procurement, managing vendor relationships, managing budget planning and cost control aspects, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances and reviewing HR policies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles; 3+ in managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in supervising a team of four employees.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams as a business partner.
  • Clear communication skills are imperative.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the storage industry preferred.
