The GoFundMe team is searching for our next IT Administrator that wants to join our IT team in San Francisco. 

The Job

• Desktop support local and remote
• Office IT infrastructure (network, VPN, displays) support
• Administrative support for our cloud based services 
• A/V support for company events
• Video conference support & VOIP support 
• May require travel to support office events

You 

• BA/BS or equivalent experience 
• 2-3 years of IT or help desk experience 
• Solid AV experience 
• strong written & oral communication skills 
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Strong time management

The total annual salary for this full-time position in this location is $77,400 - $94,600 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
