Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Job Description

Marketing Executive

This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This role involves market research, campaign execution, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and advertising materials.
  • Manage social media accounts and drive audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to produce marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with media, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging marketing trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
