A equipe de Engenharia de Qualidade Fornecedores está comprometida em garantir a excelência dos componentes fornecidos, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com as áreas de Engenharia, Sourcing, Manufatura, PCP, Logística e Projetos.
Como você fará a diferença?
Como Estagiário de Qualidade Fornecedores, você será responsável pela preparação dos indicadores do Setor, tendo interface com o time de qualidade, produção, logística e compras, também atuará em conjunto com os Engenheiros de qualidade fornecedores na validação do PPAP’S (Processo de Aprovação de Peças de Produção) e análise de defeitos na linha de montagem ajudando a encontrar as causas raízes.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
• Cursando Engenharia Elétrica, Controle de Automação, Mecânica, ou área similar com previsão de formatura a partir de 2027.
• Conhecimento de Power BI intermediário
• Conhecimento em Excel avançado
• Inglês Intermediário.
Como será o seu dia a dia?
- Apoiar na elaboração, atualização e análise de indicadores de desempenho da área de Qualidade Fornecedores.
- Participar de reuniões com áreas como Produção, Logística, Compras e Engenharia para alinhamento de ações e planos de melhoria.
- Auxiliar na análise de defeitos identificados na linha de montagem, contribuindo na investigação de causas raízes.
- Apoiar os engenheiros na validação de PPAPs (Processo de Aprovação de Peças de Produção).
- Acompanhar e organizar documentações técnicas relacionadas à qualidade de fornecedores.
- Contribuir com a padronização de processos e atualização de procedimentos internos.
- Utilizar Power BI para criação de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais.
- Apoiar na comunicação com fornecedores para tratativas de não conformidades.
- Participar de auditorias internas.
