Job Description

Your tasks:

  • Customer consulting and sales of building materials to our private and business customers
  • Offer creation, tracking, and order processing
  • Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
  • Supporting the field sales consultant
  • Customer follow-up
  • Complaint processing

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
  • Product and application knowledge in the building materials range
  • Confident demeanor and strong customer and sales orientation
  • Independent, self-reliant work style and teamwork ability
  • Good MS-Office skills, SAP would be desirable
