Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for credit card lead generation and conversion, building and managing a team of professionals, driving process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and meeting and exceeding business targets. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in leading credit cards or related financial services businesses, a strong understanding of the credit cards industry, and excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for credit card lead generation, conversion, and activation
- Build and lead a team of professionals to support credit cards business, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance customer experience and business efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Meet and exceed business targets, including lead volume, conversion rates, and card activation numbers

- Proven experience in leading credit cards or related financial services business
