- Responds to customer contacts (phone, email, chat) and inquires for assistance, documenting and resolving escalated incidents timely.
- Installs and troubleshoots client hardware/software (including Printers) and IP phone hardware/software.
- Provides video conferencing support.
- Performs User Account Administration including but not limited to the following areas: password resets, password manager, permission modifications/additions, account Creation, user account licensing, and audit compliance.
- Assists with departmental IT asset configuration and management, including desk/office IT equipment
moves. - Assists with the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Removes and remediates Virus/Malware on client systems, based on Security/Risk procedures and recommendations.
- Writes and edits technical support content and process documents, including data security controls.
- Helps onboard and trains new team members to familiarize them with departmental tools and best practices.
- Requires up to two (2) years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft client technologies, including Windows and Active Directory.
- Ability to perform workstation imaging and troubleshooting.
- Experience working on problems of basic scope where analysis follows proper escalation procedures.
- Basic understanding of technology principles and operating methods.
- Familiar with Dell hardware and HP printers.
- Familiar with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
