The Associate Account Executive (Cyber Security + SMB + Mid-Market) is responsible for supporting the acquisition and management of Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts in the West Market, Mumbai. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, documenting client interactions, supporting senior executives, building sales forecasting skills, developing partnership strategies, and employing a consultative sales approach. The role involves managing sales, identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities, facilitating communication with customers, resolving customer issues, meeting sales objectives, and contributing to the development of go-to-market strategies. Account maintenance, record-keeping, report generation, educating channel partners and end-users, and opportunity tracking are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Sales Operations and possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
