The Rank Group is growing rapidly within both our Venues and Digital businesses. We have most recently acquired Stride Gaming, which, together with our existing Digital business, forms Rank Interactive.

We employ circa 8,000 people globally, with our UK office functions being located in Maidenhead (Head Office), Sheffield (Customer Solutions Hub), London (Digital) and a further office in Gibraltar, which is home to our existing Rank Digital function.

We're on the hunt for a brilliant Business Analyst to join our merry band of problem-solvers at our Maidenhead office. If you're a self-starter with a knack for asking the right questions and a burning desire to learn, we want you!

You'll be our go-to guru for understanding the nitty-gritty of our business challenges and turning them into actionable solutions.

Ready to embark on a thrilling Business Analysis adventure? Here's what you'll be up to:

• Become a master of disguise, seamlessly blending into different project teams
• Juggle multiple projects in our fast-paced playground
• Paint beautiful pictures of business processes using your favourite analysis technique
• Launch exciting projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Predict the future by transforming data into mind-blowing insights
• Deliver top-notch analysis results 
• Build bridges between our tech wizards and business gurus
• Blend your retail savvy with digital know-how to create the perfect potion of success

Ready to join our Business Analyst adventure? Here's what we're looking for:

• A wizard in implementing IT projects, juggling multiple activities and teams like a pro (both IT and business teams) using Waterfall and Agile
• A multi-channel mastermind with experience in digital and/or retail realms, comfortable navigating the maze of Matrix structures
• A people whisperer who can charm business stakeholders and project sponsors
• A walking encyclopedia of business analysis techniques, methods, and tools
• A wordsmith who can craft User Stories and Business Process documents that would make Shakespeare jealous
• A fortune-teller who understands Product Lifecycle strategy and how it drives product development
• A globe-trotter comfortable working with far-flung technical development teams
• A data alchemist who can turn boring numbers into golden insights and prioritise solutions that make our wallets happy
• An eagle-eyed detective with an obsession for detail and accuracy

Bonus points for:

• Dynamics 365 experience 
• A secret past life as a technology developer
• Fancy certificates like BCS or IIAB Business Analysis
